My name is Lynette and I am a Dispatcher here at Rocklin Heating & Air. ​I enjoy answering the phones to our customers and take pride in the relationships I build with each one of them. It is so rewarding to be the first point of contact with our customers and know that they are in good hands for all their HVAC needs.

What I like most about working in the Rocklin area is that it is so close to my home in Lincoln. I have lived in Lincoln for over 20 years. I grew up in a smaller town and graduated from Corning Union High School. I love the small-town feel and being close to everything.

My hobbies outside of work include going to the gym, watching movies, spending time with my family and my two fur babies Lacey & Mac. I also enjoy going on hikes with my husband to Hidden Falls.

I am so blessed to work for a family-owned business. We all work so closely together as a team and support each other each and every day. The energy in the office is so amazing and positive.

My goals within the organization are to help the company be as successful as possible and continue to give our customers excellent customer service as we continue to grow.
