Once I approved the quote RHA installed the next day. The installation was completed in one day. It clean, the installers were professional and friendly, and they were happy to answer all my curiose questions during the installation. We had a slight problem related to the condensation drain but they quickly resolved with utmost priority. The new system works wonderfully. I would highly recommend RHA."

"Rocklin installed a new Compressor unit outside as mine died. Found out a bit later that there was a strange noise in the house when the AC was running. Called them up and a technician came out. He did some sound deadening work around the fan. Found out the noise was still there. I actually lost the sale of the house over the noise. I was upset and asked to speak to the owner. To my surprise, they put him on the line! He personally went to the home to hear the sound. He had his team replace the line-set, for free, and now the sound is gone! Happy ending, we are back in escrow. I wanted to publicly thank Brad for standing behind his work and his company. I am very impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone! "We just had Rocklin Heat Air team install our Carrier 4 ton heat pump. What a professional hard working team. 4 guys. Everett, Low, Gerarld, and Elliott. These guys rock ! Each person going about installing several components. We had a whole house fan, attic fan, Everett mostly took care of outside heat pump. Low on the inside with the interior fan blower system together with Elliott n Gerald taking care of whole house fan n attic fan. Incredible ! Even had 10 bags blown in insulation in the attic to supplement our 20 yr home old insulation. Thanks guys. System works well. We'll test it out for the long term. I'm sure it's a good system. 5 stars plus . Thanks again. 5/5/25 The Attic Fan was improperly positioned in the Attic. Sean from Rocklin Air Heat came and took notice and I'm expecting someone else to come and rectify this mistake. Air was not ducting out correctly. Customer care from Rocklin is top notch as they made an appt and came in promptly to survey the situation.. Thank you Rocklin Air/Heat. 6/23/25 Mark from Rocklin Heating and Air came by to reset my filter change frequency reminder for the filter to be changed every year. At the same time he checked the condition of my current filter. Mark helped tremendously. He showed me the menu on the thermostat. He also left a backup filter so I don't have to purchase one for the year. Thank you Mark. I have nothing but praises for Rocklin Heating and Air. What a fantastic company. 8/11/25 Sean from Rocklin heating An air came by to check in the system and to replace the air filter. Reason being we just had our house kitchen, remodeled with new countertop and a new Wall for a TV. Plus, we also had The whole Interior of the house repainted. We heard a funny womp Sound appear when we turned on the air. It is working fine now. What a pleasure it is to have had Rocklin heating and air Install our system. Customer support is superlative. Thank you. It truly is a fantastic company 8/26/25 Everett and Z came over to move the heat pump to a different spot in our yard. Previously it was hitting the fence and thus creating a bit of a higher than usual noise than the ordinary hum of the fan. We moved the heat pump now facing a larger area away from any fences and it has been quite a difference in sound. Rocklin H&A also installed a new higher wind mass grille to give more air into our air ducts than the one we had before. It has proven to be quite a difference. We shall find out in the near future whether the "womp" sound goes away. All in all. I have to say, both Everett and Z were total professionals and did their jobs well. We proactively replaced our 18-year old builder grade HVAC system with a Carrier Infinity system for a very substantial sum. We received a 7 quotes and while Rocklin Heating and Air was not the lowest cost, they were the most professional and confident in their ability to deliver a product that met our needs. I'm very impressed with their passion for customer service, patience to educate consumers and standing behind their products. With such a complex system, we encountered a few issues that needed fine tuning over the course of several visits. "Great experience! AC died, Rocklin Heating and Air came out 2 days later and the tech did everything he could to bring it back to life. No luck… Took pictures of entire HVAC system, including the attic furnace, and provided replacement quotes within 15 minutes. Price was about the same as I was expecting, and I knew I should get other quotes, but trusted my gut. Next day they bought a portable AC unit until the install. Forget the names, but the dudes who did the installation were great together, and did a fantastic job. (Side note, attic oven overheated the technicians phone) Overall, a company who values their employees as much as their customers!"

"I called Rocklin as part of obtaining quotes for AC or entire HVAC system replacement. Brad arrived timely, assessed the system, and provided me with a number of quotes in combinations I had requested. He thoroughly and clearly explained my current system with pictures, the options he was offering, and his recommendation. Offering competitive pricing, high quality equipment, presented in a very personable and professional manner. Update: I ended up having Rocklin install a complete new HVAC system. Let me just say that their service is exceedingly strong. For example, they take calls and have technicians that work on weekends! You can get good equipment from any number of sources, but the expertise and especially the customer service to make sure all expectations are met is absolutely first rate from this company. I’m very glad I chose Rocklin Heating & Air. Another update, called for service because the thermostat was not showing accurate temperature. Service person came out very promptly and adjusted it. Fixed the problem and explained exactly how and why. Excellent follow up service from this company as well. One last update: because It gets so hot on the west side of my house that the material that wraps around the end of the AC line going into the house Partially melted, so Rocklin sent someone and they wrapped UV proof tape around the whole business. I have a new build and he explained to me wires were crossed and 5 other things were thrown together in putting the system together. "We just had Rocklin Heat Air team install our Carrier 4 ton heat pump. What a professional hard working team. 4 guys. Everett, Low, Gerarld, and Elliott. These guys rock ! Each person going about installing several components. We had a whole house fan, attic fan, Everett mostly took care of outside heat pump. Low on the inside with the interior fan blower system together with Elliott n Gerald taking care of whole house fan n attic fan. Incredible ! Even had 10 bags blown in insulation in the attic to supplement our 20 yr home old insulation. Thanks guys. System works well. We'll test it out for the long term. I'm sure it's a good system. 5 stars plus . Thanks again. 5/5/25 The Attic Fan was improperly positioned in the Attic. Sean from Rocklin Air Heat came and took notice and I'm expecting someone else to come and rectify this mistake. Air was not ducting out correctly. Customer care from Rocklin is top notch as they made an appt and came in promptly to survey the situation.. Thank you Rocklin Air/Heat. 6/23/25 Mark from Rocklin Heating and Air came by to reset my filter change frequency reminder for the filter to be changed every year. At the same time he checked the condition of my current filter. Mark helped tremendously. He showed me the menu on the thermostat. Reason being we just had our house kitchen, remodeled with new countertop and a new Wall for a TV. Plus, we also had The whole Interior of the house repainted. We heard a funny womp Sound appear when we turned on the air. It is working fine now. What a pleasure it is to have had Rocklin heating and air Install our system. Customer support is superlative. Thank you. It truly is a fantastic company 8/26/25 Everett and Z came over to move the heat pump to a different spot in our yard. Previously it was hitting the fence and thus creating a bit of a higher than usual noise than the ordinary hum of the fan. We moved the heat pump now facing a larger area away from any fences and it has been quite a difference in sound. Rocklin H&A also installed a new higher wind mass grille to give more air into our air ducts than the one we had before. It has proven to be quite a difference. We shall find out in the near future whether the "womp" sound goes away. All in all. I have to say, both Everett and Z were total professionals and did their jobs well.
