"Your company.. and Frank, our serviceman were excellent..
I had Bell Bros.. out first and after a lengthy visit.. “Christian” Wasn’t sure that he could make it run he kept “ Troubleshooting” asked me to sign some form which was about 500 and some dollars. And after always said and done, I got very suspicious that I wanted to end this visit lasted 2 1/2 hours or more and still was not fixed and the bill was $564..
Your company may or may not want to get involved, but It would be wonderful if you could give me an accounting of what Frank did when he was here. And how you think I should proceed at this over billing and of course Bell Brother‘s motto is “no surprises”…thank you..Linda Tomaselli"

The installation team of Romney, Tom & Xavier were wonderful at their jobs. This must have been a premier team! Since it was very hot, the arrived and got right to work. Once all work removing the old was done, it was picked up within an hour. Install was done by about 2:30, Romney spent an additional hour calibrating new air unit. He was an excellent communicator and did great final follow-up. We were done and all complete before 3:30 and air was on. After 2 days I honestly love my new system. I am very grateful to have this. AC is working great and cools off the house it does a great job! Old ac would run all day and never give us relief. This is running gets the house to the temperature set and turns off saving us energy and piece of mind because now we can think clearly since the house is cooler. I would highly recommend their service if you need a tune up or a replacement. A few years ago we used them for a fix when we had 10 straight days of over 100 degrees they came out the same day of call and repaired it. They did recommend replacing it but knew we were in a tight spot then so they repaired it to the best it could and worked fine until we decided to replace it now. Thank you!"

"This is the third visit since I joined their Silver Plan. The plan provides bi-annual inspections of our system. Tech once again arrived on time, introduced himself then asked if we had any concerns or questions about our system. Then proceeded to rinse the coils and thoroughly checked the performance of the unit. Then he proceeded to go up into the attic to inspect the other part of the unit. He finally replaced both filters. All in all he spent quite a bit of time here. He found no problems but we appreciate knowing everything is working as it should as we go into the real summer heat.
