"Professional and very knowledgeable"

"I recently had my annual HVAC maintenance appointment with Rocklin Heating & Air, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. As a Gold Plan member, I've come to expect excellent care, but technician Parker truly went above and beyond. Parker called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on schedule. During the inspection, he noticed that my pullout disconnect was broken and immediately offered to replace it free of charge - talk about great customer service! He also pointed out that my main circuit breaker was mislabeled and that the disconnect box was outdated. Parker took the initiative to replace it with a brand new, updated version featuring two fuses with indicator lights. This upgrade will make it much easier to identify any future issues. Parker was incredibly thorough, cleaning the outdoor coils and meticulously checking the refrigerant charge, capacitors, contactor, fan motor, and compressor. His attention to detail and willingness to explain everything gave me complete confidence in the work being done. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to sign up for Rocklin Heating & Air's Gold Plan. The peace of mind knowing my HVAC system is in top shape is invaluable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, professional HVAC maintenance and repairs."

"Our 24 year old air conditioner finally died and called Rocklin Air for service. Joe arrived in about two hours and quickly diagnosed the problem, refrigerant had leaked out and being R122A obsolete. Received a quote from Joe in about an hour for a heat pump replacement system. Good price for a new Carrier system, much more efficient to run and about a week to install. Local company with a great reputation. So who do we call, Rocklin Air."

"I reached out to several HVAC companies to get quotes as our 20+ yr old equipment was done. Rocklin H&A showed up on time, even calling to provide eta. The presentation and information was very explanatory and helpful. What systems are available and the advantages of one over the other. The discounts, same as cash financing as well as a discount for cash/check payment. Some new information about the fact that the EPA has once again discontinued the current refrigerant. This change will unfortunately increase costs which means a 20% increase or more if we wait until next year. We were quoted Trane equipment which is one of the top 5 in my opinion. Shawn was very thorough and his bid was not the cheapest nor the highest. It was that plus the many reviews I had read made my decision. The install crew Romney and Victor worked Very hard and the install was done in one day. The old equipment was removed and I am very pleased with the installation and the new equipment. You will not be disappointed."

"We had Rocklin Heating and Air come out for an A/C inspection. Parker was the technician and he was 5 stars! He inspected the A/C unit, Compressor, capacitor output, measured our A/C air temp from the HVAC registers and even went into the attic and inspected the ducts by fully walking the attic area to check for leaks. Best of all, Parker was polite and professional throughout the entire process. We would certainly do business with Rocklin Heating and Air again and would recommend their services. Please recognize Parker for his excellent work. Update 8/16/24: Based on Parker's A/C Inspection, we needed a new A/C capacitor for the A/C compressor. The original one was still working however its output was considered out of tolerance and the fact that it was 18 years old suggested replacement. The new capacitor was ordered and on Weds 8/14, the tech Scott was sent over to install the new capacitor. Scott, like Parker was professional and knowledgeable. Again, Rocklin Heating and Air delivered."
