My name is Michael Monnier and I am the Vice President of Rocklin Heating and Air. When we first started our company, I had the opportunity to learn the trade working alongside my dad (Erik), all while finishing my Economics degree from Sac State.

My dad taught me the ins and outs of the industry, as well as the importance of hard work and customer service. We are more than excited for the continued growth in our community, and thanks to our amazing customers, we have come a long way from the good old days of working out of the garage.

My hobbies consist of cooking, traveling, mountain biking and surfing. I also grew up playing golf, I am by no means “good”, but I enjoy spending time on the course with my dad!

My wife and I recently got married and we are currently living in Lincoln. We have two beautiful German Shepherds named Otto and Ava. Never a dull moment with these two!
