"In the market to update my air conditioning unit as it’s over 20 years old. Rocklin heating and air, Brad, came out and inspected our current unit and made some recommendations if upgrading. I had seen their add that after 2024 gov is requiring new coolant and a 30% increase in equipment cost. He was very fair and straightforward. I plan to get further quotes based on their auto quoting web site. He said the turnaround time would be about a week if we decided to move forward, no pressure. I have had success with Rocklin heating and air about six years ago with the installation of a cool quiet whole house fan, which has worked great since purchasing it. I’ve heard nothing but good Reports from others who have used this company as well. My personal experience has been the same. Look forward to doing business with them in the near future. Update 10/1/24 Brad called back and checked in if I had further questions which I did so was great timing. I wanted to see more quotes and configurations. Answered all my questions with as much detail as I needed and provided quotes the same day, no waiting. I selected my new system and sign assignment on 9/30/24. Today, 10/1/24, lead Everett and Brad came out and design system and planned out install. They Sch install for 10/9 and plan to be in one day! They do a lot of installs a year, I never had to wait and felt I was their only customer, great customer service. Update 10/9/24 The crew(Everett, Brian, Noah and Ellet) showed up in 2 vans and unload all the new equipment on our driveway so as not to block our cars. They worked very hard all day, it was a big job ; new AC & Heater, removed all old ducting then replaced with R8 ducting, added 2 zones with 2 new thermostats, resized ducting to larger size for better air flow, less load on system, added attic fan, new vent in kitchen, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, They did a great job and kept us informed during install. Would highly recommend Rocklin heating and air, all the technicians where personal and helpful, left job site clean. Update 10/17/24 Just had the Rocklin building inspector approve the HVAC installation. Unexpected and not Requested, Brandon recognize the work of Rocklin heating and air, he said it’s exceptional and it’s above and beyond, and that they are competitive. I would say that’s a wonderful endorsement from a city official of Rocklin and adds to my own peace of mind. Update 5/6/25 Mark of Rocklin heating and air came out to do their first AC check which was part of our purchase agreement getting a new AC and heating System. All was good 👍🏼. Learned that Rocklin goes far beyond stardard checks and service to make sure the equipment is good running condition. Update 11/20/25 Everett from Rocklin heating and air: is here to check the heater, and change out the air filter, 👍🏼 all good , this was the second visit and part of the annual service that was provided with this install Update 4/2/26 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 from me"

"A new HVAC was installed by Rocklin Heating & Air by Elliott and Gerald and everything from start to finish was like clock work; smooth, well-communicated, and professionally done with great care to do things right. Drop cloths were laid out and shoe covers were used to protect our floors. Plastic drapes were hung in the attic access area to protect items in the master closet. After installation, they ran the AC and Heating systems to check temperatures were running properly. Clean up and service throughout the day was impeccable. Service extended to help connect and review how to use new thermostat and attic fan using smart devices. The install would not have happened without Manager Brandon Cruz who provided above and beyond service with the proposal, answering numerous questions, and offering help throughout the process. During installation, Brandon and Install Manager Shawn did quality check-ins. At completion, Elliott clearly explained final paperwork, permit inspection, and required system testing."
