"I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Air conditioner was blowing warm air. I was going to replace the run capacitor myself. But wasn’t sure if it would void my warranty. Also, it could have a different issue. Since Rocklin Heating and Air installed the this new roof top system six years ago, I gave them a call. Joe came out to diagnose and found it was the run capacitor. He replaced it. The air is now running cold. The price to install the part was more than expected after the service call and Diag. Good people and good service. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs."

He also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, so I felt confident in understanding the condition of our system. During the tune-up, he identified that our AC unit didn’t have a surge protector and recommended installing one. If you want an HVAC repair company that actually looks at repairing and resolving, give them a call. They have the skills and know-how to get you back on track at the most affordable price.
